training has begun re-! Start Training! The recommencer!

So, when I awoke on Monday morning at 4:30 am with a terrible dream, it was clear that you can start again, it must be! The breaks always frustrate me, because I think I'm much too little, until I start again and feel that it took just that. The 3KG extr body weight, the glasses of wine, chocolate, lazy weekends ...

On Monday I immediately had to start with 75 minutes of power, each with 30''to 90''power and speed intervals, alternating 15 minutes on the spinning bike and 15 minutes on the treadmill. Tuesday then 65 minutes running band intervals increase the maximum speed of 16.5 km. I can not currently reach 18.5, but was very happy that it went so well .... Finally, I really almost no running training made the last 5 months.

Yesterday I then paused, for the entry must indeed be too hardcore not the same. Today good 40 minutes basis and then a leg strengthening program that I get to feel safe tomorrow. student life is loose, you mean? How many times have I heard after my dismissal from Actelion, I'm certainly mainly study in order to train during the day anymore.
