So, I officially have my title changed from ZERO TO IRON MAN IN 4 YEARS. Why? Next year, there are no Gigathlon, I do not currently make Iron Man and now I have to a great goal, the 2009 contest Gigathlon (2 days) as a single. If all goes well, I drive in the spring of 2009 during the fourth training period on a long road and Mallorca back massage, then I have enough basis for this endeavor ... So, stay tuned ;-)
my shoulder, I have mobilized yesterday in the sauna - but looked a bit strange, but that's what happens when aspiring physiotherapists perform self-treatment. Has helped - I can already go back to the pump and just replace the episode with shoulder belly - can use anyway!
